Gov. Jay Inslee is slated to sign a bill into law Wednesday that clarifies Washington state's marijuana-legalization Initiative 502, which passed last fall.
The new measure is designed to close a loophole in I-502 that prevents prosecutors from pursuing any pot crimes.
I-502 defines marijuana as plants that contain more than 0.3 percent of the chemical compounds in marijuana that get people high — known as delta-9 THC.
