Eileen Whalen, executive director at Harborview Medical Center, has resigned from her position at the hospital, which is part of the UW Medicine network.
In an internal memo obtained by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Johnese Spisso, chief health system officer at UW Medicine, announced Whalen’s departure to staff members.
