The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation awarded $2.4 million to a team of Seattle researchers who want to better understand traumatic brain injuries.
Researchers from the University of Washington and the Allen Institute for Brain Science will analyze hundreds of brain tissue samples in their quest to find out how what happens to the brain during a traumatic brain injury.
