An estimated 30,000 people in Washington will start their own businesses in 2014, thanks to new freedom they will have under federal health reform.
That's the premise of a report by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The study posits that potential entrepreneurs are holding out on their dreams because they can’t afford to lose employer-funded health insurance.
