Premera files motion to throw out rulings by whistleblower judge

The ongoing saga between a whistleblowing judge and the Office of the Insurance Commissioner could force Seattle Children’s Hospital to start over its appeal to be included in more Washington state Health Exchange plans. Premera, one of the insurers involved in the case for excluding Children’s from its plans, has filed a motion to vacate all of the judge’s orders in the case so far, which essentially would require the case to be thrown out and attorneys to start the appeals process over.
