It’s been a week of ups and downs for Pete O’Neil and investors in his retail marijuana business, but late Tuesday they closed a deal to acquire Bremerton-based Better Bud LLC — and its winning spot in Washington’s retail lottery.
The deal gives O’Neil’s business, C&C Shop LLC, ownership of Better Bud’s state business license and its lottery spot. Officials didn’t immediately reveal how much C&C spent on the acquisition.
