Washington state will start issuing licenses for production, processing and retail sales of marijuana on Dec. 1.
That's according to the state Liquor Control Board, which has come out with an updated timeline for making the state’s legal marijuana market a reality.
Voters passed Initiative 502 last fall, legalizing the creation of a state-regulated recreational marijuana industry.
